1. Data we collect
Name, company, email, phone, city and address when you order, request a quotation or open an account. Payment references from your bank or wallet. Domain names, DNS settings and support messages. Basic technical data such as IP address, browser and pages visited.
2. Why we use it
To register and manage your domains, send renewal and security notices, answer support requests, prepare quotations, prevent fraud and abuse, meet registry and ICANN rules, and improve the website.
3. Who we share it with
The registry for each extension, and an ICANN approved escrow provider for generic extensions, because the rules require it. Our sister brands HostingWalay and SSLWalay through the shared client area, so one login works everywhere. Payment providers to confirm payments. Dispute providers or authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
4. Public WHOIS and RDAP
Registry rules decide what is public. For most extensions personal data is redacted. Some country extensions publish registrant details and we say so on the extension policy page.
5. Cookies
We use cookies for login sessions, the quotation builder and basic analytics. You can block cookies in your browser, but login and quotations will not work without them.
6. Storage and security
Data is stored on secure servers with access limited to staff who need it. We keep registration data for the life of the domain plus the period required by registry rules, and billing data as required by Pakistani law.
7. Your rights
You can view and update your data in the client area, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete data we no longer need to keep. Email support@domainwalay.pk for any request.
8. Changes
We update this policy when needed. The effective date is shown at the top.
