1. New registrations
A new domain can be refunded within 5 days of registration only if the registry allows deletion during its add grace period and the domain has not been transferred or used for abuse. Some registries (many country extensions and premium names) do not allow deletion, and those registrations are not refundable. The extension policy page states this.
2. Renewals, transfers and restores
Renewals, transfers and redemption restores are not refundable once submitted to the registry, because the registry charges us immediately.
3. Failed or rejected orders
If a registration fails because the name is taken, reserved or you do not meet the eligibility rule, we refund the full amount or apply it as account credit, your choice.
4. Wrong payments
If you paid twice or paid the wrong amount, tell us within 30 days with the payment reference and we correct it.
5. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the same bank account, wallet or card within 7 working days after approval. Bank charges, if any, are deducted.
