These terms apply to every .delta domain registered, renewed or transferred through DomainWalay. They sit on top of the DomainWalay Terms of Service, Domain Registration Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy. If a registry rule changes, the registry rule wins.

2. Eligibility

- Internationalized names are not accepted.
4. Renewal, grace and redemption

- A transfer can be denied for unpaid fees, a pending dispute, or a court order.
6. Disputes
Domain disputes for .delta are handled under UDRP. DomainWalay follows decisions from the registry, a dispute panel or a court with jurisdiction. Registering a name that infringes a trademark is at your own risk.
7. Registration data and privacy

8. Suspension and cancellation
A .delta domain can be suspended or cancelled for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, registry policy, unpaid fees, false registration data or abuse reports that are found valid. Where possible we notify the registrant by email before action.
9. Fees and refunds
