These terms apply to every .hkt domain registered, renewed or transferred through DomainWalay. They sit on top of the DomainWalay Terms of Service, Domain Registration Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy. If a registry rule changes, the registry rule wins.

2. Eligibility

4. Renewal, grace and redemption

- Typical transfer time: Not applicable.
- Transfer out: we release the auth code and unlock the domain within one working day of a verified request from the registrant.
- A transfer can be denied for unpaid fees, a pending dispute, or a court order.
6. Disputes

8. Suspension and cancellation
A .hkt domain can be suspended or cancelled for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, registry policy, unpaid fees, false registration data or abuse reports that are found valid. Where possible we notify the registrant by email before action.
9. Fees and refunds
