These terms apply to every .my domain registered, renewed or transferred through DomainWalay. They sit on top of the DomainWalay Terms of Service, Domain Registration Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy. If a registry rule changes, the registry rule wins.
1. Registry and governing policy

2. Eligibility
Malaysian people and companies can register a .my name. Foreign companies need a Malaysian branch, a local partner or a trustee service. You need a Malaysian ID or company registration. Foreign companies need papers for a Malaysian office or a local representative. You confirm that the information you give is true. If the registry rejects the registration for eligibility reasons, the order is refunded after registry fees, if any, are deducted.
3. Registration term and activation

- Renewal is due before the expiry date. Auto renew is available and can be turned off in the client area.
- Grace period after expiry: about 30 days at the normal renewal price. Services may stop during grace.
