These terms apply to every .nokia domain registered, renewed or transferred through DomainWalay. They sit on top of the DomainWalay Terms of Service, Domain Registration Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy. If a registry rule changes, the registry rule wins.
1. Registry and governing policy

2. Eligibility

- Internationalized names are not accepted.
4. Renewal, grace and redemption

- After all periods end, the domain is deleted by the registry and can be registered by anyone.

- A transfer can be denied for unpaid fees, a pending dispute, or a court order.
6. Disputes

8. Suspension and cancellation
A .nokia domain can be suspended or cancelled for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, registry policy, unpaid fees, false registration data or abuse reports that are found valid. Where possible we notify the registrant by email before action.
9. Fees and refunds
