These terms apply to every .nra domain registered, renewed or transferred through DomainWalay. They sit on top of the DomainWalay Terms of Service, Domain Registration Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy. If a registry rule changes, the registry rule wins.
1. Registry and governing policy

2. Eligibility

- Internationalized names are not accepted.
4. Renewal, grace and redemption
- Renewal is due before the expiry date. Auto renew is available and can be turned off in the client area.

- Typical transfer time: Not applicable.
- Transfer out: we release the auth code and unlock the domain within one working day of a verified request from the registrant.
- A transfer can be denied for unpaid fees, a pending dispute, or a court order.
6. Disputes
Domain disputes for .nra are handled under UDRP. DomainWalay follows decisions from the registry, a dispute panel or a court with jurisdiction. Registering a name that infringes a trademark is at your own risk.

8. Suspension and cancellation
A .nra domain can be suspended or cancelled for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, registry policy, unpaid fees, false registration data or abuse reports that are found valid. Where possible we notify the registrant by email before action.
9. Fees and refunds
