1. Registry and governing policy
.xn--l1acc is a internationalized TLD operated by the registry operator. By registering .xn--l1acc you accept the registry policies for the extension, including naming rules, eligibility rules and any published fees. ICANN consensus policies apply to this extension.
2. Eligibility
Most internationalized extensions are open, but a few country ones need a local address. The registry for мон sets the rule. Usually none. Country-run internationalized extensions can ask for local identity papers. You confirm that the information you give is true. If the registry rejects the registration for eligibility reasons, the order is refunded after registry fees, if any, are deducted.

- Activation is normally instant after payment clears.
- Internationalized names are accepted in the scripts the registry supports.
4. Renewal, grace and redemption
- Renewal is due before the expiry date. Auto renew is available and can be turned off in the client area.
- Grace period after expiry: about 30 days at the normal renewal price. Services may stop during grace.
- Redemption period: about 30 days. Restore fees are higher than renewal and are shown before you pay.
- After all periods end, the domain is deleted by the registry and can be registered by anyone.
- Renewal prices can change when registry prices change. The price shown in the client area at the time of renewal applies.
5. Transfers
- Transfer in requires the domain to be unlocked and a valid auth (EPP) code.
- Transfer lock: 60 days after registration, transfer or registrant change.
- Typical transfer time: 5 to 7 days.
- Transfer out: we release the auth code and unlock the domain within one working day of a verified request from the registrant.
